I emailed support but I got nothing back.
Could you please refund my account and delete it because I have to pay for my next months hosting for this host right now and I don't want to just go and waste it. Maybe I'll try again next month. Support told me that they would get back to me after they fixed the issue with backing up and restoring from the old server but they never did. I signed up with a week in advance before I have to pay for next months hosting for my other host. My account name is afterli |

email billing[at]surpasshosting.com
OR go to http://desk.surpasshosting.com and create a billing department ticket. They only work mon-friday in billing, so you'll get a reply sometime tomorrow I would guess.
