Help! I'm trying to renew hosting at Surpass Hosting and am getting nowhere. Anything which can be done to resolve this dilemma would be greatly appreciated.

Approximately 1 year ago I set up service with Surpass Hosting. The service has been excellent and I wish to continue hosting my site with you guys. Unfortunately, I've run into several problems:

1. I do not recall a renewal of hosting email. If I received it I must have blinked or something.

2. My hosting was due for renewal on August 17th...yes, it technically has expired. I've been trying to renew for at least a week.

3. The person I've been working with at your help desk (Sulema) has tried to help but so far nothing has worked. The last email I received was on Friday to go to https://www.2checkout.com/cgi-bin/urec.2c?, enter in an order number, etc. But, after inputting this information it asks for my billing email address. I enter this and it says it is not in the system.

4. Time is of the essence as my account has expired. I have a credit card and want to renew but how?

5. I do not wish to transfer my domain names. I don't see a way on Surpasse's main site on how to order service without also transferring the domain name.

Anything which can be done so that I may renew would be greatly appreciated.
