why no contact
I have had no contact from your billing dept. and have had my account suspended. Two help desk requests to billing have gone unansvered and I wonder if they are not being sent to my suspended email? I put one ticket in in a alternate email I have but no answer to that neither and when I try to trace the ticket number that I am given by your automatic ticket generator it says that it is not valid. I am getting frustrated. Why would a company suspend an account without contacting me?

Accounts are suspended by the billing dept. if the account has not been paid for in over 2 months and they were not able to contact you.
Can you email me your domain name and your email address to payments[at]surpasshosting.com please so I can check the situation. |
