Questions
Hey there everyone. My friend just registered about 20 mins ago on the site, and he registered a domain name at GoDaddy.com. The domain name isn't working yet, and I am guessing it is because he hasn't put in the name servers on GoDaddy.com... that's the reason right?
Also, after the domain starts working, can we access the cPanel all the time by going to http://my-domain.com/cpanel ? Right now, the only way we can get into it is by using the default home page surpasshosting gives you. Thanks, Joey |

Your domain won't work for 24-72 hours. It has to 'propagate' around the network. Your welcome email indicated how to connect via IP address. John

Then, use the IP address to login. Get a GOOD ftp program like FILEZILLA (filezilla.sourceforge.net). Cpanel is "your ipaddress:2082", login with the account name and password in that email. John
