Account Cancellation
When will y account actually be cancelled. I sent an email and submitted a cancellation form and have heard nothing and account is still functional. I have explained i wouldn't be able to make payment this month and i needed to cancell (Being the poor 14 year old i am
 )I am worried that i may be charged for this month aswell as i have recieved 2 emaisl from paypal saying that there was an error making a payment to Surpass with my card which i know why (mainly cos i have no money in there) -Kajaman

Accounts are cancelled within 72 hours of the request.
The cancellation form is to only be filled out if you are ready for the site to be fully cancelled and terminated. We give sufficient time for one to change their mind. I will find your ticket and put a note on it that you are ready since you have posted here. Thank you. |

Ok - i just got a receipt from paypal saying that the payments been made to you. I looked at ticket and there wasn't any replies on there apart from my first message. What i would like to know is why i have been charged again, im guessing its from the paypal subscription and would i get my money back from this as i havn't asked for this month of hosting?

I was not able to find the ticket.
As I explained we give sufficient time for cancellations and that is what happened. We refund any monies owed if a payment occurs, which normally it doesn't since most cancellations are requested weeks ahead of time, most companies require that but we don't. Can you please just at this time paste the ticket ID so that I can find your ticket this time. I was not able to find it by searching for kajaman.co.uk which I assumed was your domain with us. |
