security and activeX

ok...i tried to embed a wmv using the html editor in the cpanel. it said my security settings wont allow activex. so i go my security settings...enable everything activex...my security settings wont allow activex...so i go back...put the security on as low as it could go...my security settings wont allow activex...i restart the browser thrice...same result...i turn it into a flash movie...try to embed it...same message...so i publish it with flash...view the html with my browser and its fine...copy the code...put in my page using the html editor in the cpanel...my security settings wont allow activex....

please help

I think you should manually edit the file, using a FTP program yourself.

Yeah I would definitely manually edit the file yourself and then upload it to the server through FTP.

you mean hook it up in dreamweaver...then post it?

that could work.

basically you need to put the code into the html 'off line', and then put it up on the site by ftp or dreamweaver-publishing.
