My PayPal subscription up and canceled on me even though my card info is all valid and there was like $700 in the account. I can't find where or how to resubscribe to the monthly payments to Surpass inside the program, so I'm guess you guys do that? I sent the last payment manually to the subscription email with a note attached, but haven't heard back from any admins or account reps yet.
Can I get thrown back on the monthly wagon please? |

You should send a ticket from http://desk.surpasshosting.com to the sales division outlining what happened and requesting a new subscription to be issued. Make sure to include all details that would be relevant, including what the paypal email is, the name on it, your user name, etc.
