$35 a month is fine, if this is enough notice move my site and bill my existing credit card on file- but I still haven't received any email other than one I found in our company spam filters that simply said "testing."

I sent in another ticket using a gmail address and that has not been responded to that I have seen. I just want the problem solved for good!

You used the email address of your ISP (it appears, or some other provider) when you sent a ticket to us, so that is why I referred to your "alternate" email address in my previous post. I guess maybe I wrote too much and you didn't catch the part above, I wanted you to email me. If you did email me, I apologize but I don't seem to see one from you. Your site today has been using 37% of the CPU at times but we have a note not to suspend. I wonder if you receive a lot of traffic that is pulling in the MySQL connections, or if this is a script issue.
