Okay, it probably happened exactly how it did with me. Just send a ticket to support saying that you registered for a Bronze reseller this morning, the payment went through, but the account was not automatically activated. Be sure to include your domain name and any other relative information... I can't remember exactly what they need to know.

For me it was about 3.5 hours.. I wasn't in a rush though, so that was fine timing for me.

Did you click the link that said Resend Welcome Email?

If you are able to log in, and see your info there, then there should be no problem resending the info. Please change the email address listed to another one, update, and resend the welcome email again.

Done that already...im looking to access the cpanel and the WHM panel with the user name and password i specified during signup...neither works..

Well it seems that your account was set up correctly all along, you just didn't get the welcome email immediately, and needed to resend to yourself. Sorry about that, it happens sometimes.

The username/password not working, that is strange. Please send an email to sales[at]surpasshosting.com with the PayPal subscription number you received (this verifies who you are). I will take care of it from there. Please put the title as Attn Kayla

We can't reset passwords over the forum, due to we can't solidly verify who you are here.

I got it, its working now...only thing is i want to switch my default domain to another one ie.. i signed up with my domain i already own (moving over) ittechnologies.net...but decided i want to use a diffirent domain as my main (reseller) domain...so how do i make the switch on the account...and just ditch ittechnologies.net
