You should have received an automatic welcome email by now. That is, assuming the Pay Pal transaction was completed. The welcome email will show you how to access WHM while your domain propagates.

did you use a hotmail or yahoo email address? If so, look in the bulk mail / spam folders.

If you have a non-Hotmail free email address, contact support and ask them to re-send. I had to do it and used gmail, worked fine. If you don't have Gmail yet, try http://isnoop.net/gmailomatic.php or the Gmail thread elsewhere in this message board.

Did it say on the website that the payment was verified?
It happened to me during my upgrade that you sign up, pay and the payment goes through, but it remains as unverified because they are on manual activation of accounts. Also, you can always log into http://my.surpasshosting.com and resend your account information. Use your client login and password you specified during registration. You are also able to change your email address in there, I believe.

In paypal it said it sent successfully during the check out... i am able to get into that site you listed, however i did'nt rec any of my WHM ip and password stuff....
