LOL I read all the FTP issues that people have been having so I don't upset anyone by double asking something.... but i didn't find my issue so...
I need to know exactly what address I need to use to access my FTP account. When I log into my cpanel and go to FTP Manager, there's about three or four address at the bottom as well as some main accounts already set up. None of the address seem to be working. I've tried my IP i use to get into Cpanel and that didn't work.... my domain is http://amf4u-online.com and user name is amf4uoo if that helps any.... |

The address should be ftp://amf4uoo[at]amf4u-online.com with your user name and password, if you're using IE for ftp purposes. If you're using an actual FTP program, use amf4u-online.com as the address and type in your username and password in the respective areas. If this is the case, use amf4uoo[at]amf4u-online.com as the username.

It should work with ftp.yourdomain.com, your domain.com or yourserveripaddress.com
If you are using a command line client, you can do username[at]yourdomain.com and it will only ask for your password. If you are using a graphical client, it should work fine with just the domain. Also, if you go to Cpanel to the FTP section it should tell you how each user should log in. For example, if you have a subdomain like hello.myserver.com and it has its own FTP, then the username will be hello[at]myserver.com and the server name should be either ftp.myserver.com or just plain myserver.com. This is the one part that tricked me over and over, I kept forgetting to tell my users that the username has to be entered like it is an email address.
