Upgrading to Surpass WHM AP Plans

I would like to upgrade from the reseller plan to the Surpass WHM AP Plans...what is the process and how long does it take?

No word yet as to when they will have it installed/upgraded.....

Be patient. It takes time to do.

Surpass is having a lot of problems right now that they've been working really hard to resolve. It's terrible that it's taking so long, but your patience is very much appreciated.
