Server problems?

I am having a glitch with my server "www.roundicomputers.com"
In my cpanel it says:

"Disk usage 0.02 Megabytes
Disk space available 19999.98 Megabytes "

Server Status:
Disk hda5 (/) 85 %
Disk hda1 (/boot) 17 %
Disk hda2 (/tmp) 2 %
Disk hdc1 (/backup) 100 %

And its not letting my assossiate upload stuff via FTP, but it WILL allow me...
Whats wrong?

Have you submitted a trouble ticket at http://desk.surpasshosting.com ?

Also you can put your site and your server in your signature, so that people here can check it out (hint hint)
