New Account / Account Suspended
I have ALOT of questions so I will start here:
I initally signed up for the silver package: Domain: sgorgon.com Ip: 66.195.243.165 I attempted to "Add Package"? My understanding is that this needs to be done initally before anything else. I want to host multiple sites on my package. For example: 10 sites with 1000 mb disk quota. I want sgorgon.com to be ONE of the ten. I attempted to Add Package with 1000 mb disk quota and 1024 of bandwidth. The package was created then I created an account. Although http://66.195.243.165/~UserName/ did load, I was unable to access ftp with my client. I couldn't access FTP for the intial user info I recieved in Email. For Now I get this error: sgorgon.com What next? Samuel. |

sgorgon.com is hosted outside of your reseller space. When you have a reseller account, surpass gives you disk space and bandwidth for your main site for free. The only requisite is that this "free" account cannot be resold.
For example, I got a bronze reseller account for http://veraperez.net. I have 7GB of space to convert into cpanel accounts, and 75GB of bandwidth to assign to these users. veraperez.net does not use the 7GB/75GB, instead it has its own 7GB of space and 10GB of bandwidth to spend. Because this cpanel account does not belong to my reseller space, it is managed by Surpass, not by me. As for the account error, you need to contact billing support.

Thanks Pedro!
I didn't understand that the domain I registered created it's own web space independent from the 10 GBs on my reseller space. I've got to learn to read! Thanks again, Samuel. |
