Question about dedicated server order
hello,
I desperately need to upgrade from my "Max" account, I tried to send in the ticket since yesterday and fill out the upgrade form and send e-mail to the billing department, but no one answer my issue. as I'm in the other side of the globe, just wondering anyone responsible for these matter are actually in the office working now? I can't vouch if someone is in the office or not, but I'm going to say there should be...
Did you use the help desk (http://desk.surpasshosting.com) to submit your ticket? If it is a desperate act that needs to be done, you should be sure to mark tickets as URGENT, and send them through there. Also, did you get automated responses when you sent in an email/form? If you didn't, billing did not recieve them. I wish you best of luck in getting this resolved fast though.

I did send via the help desk and yes, I get automated responses. and now the Aplus.net is calling my colleagues to confirm the order of their hosting service. It's only me insist to use the Surpass hosting. I feel bad. |
