'home directory backup' backups files and emails, dont backup mailman, dont backup databases, dont backup filters
'full backup' backups everything, filters, mailman, databases, etc. BUT beware of this --->, it backups it using your complete service username, what that means, your service folder is something like myreselleraccountusername+accountusername/home/infohere that means that if you move from servers or from reseller account, you will have to give instructions to the persons who are doing the restore. Cause CPANEL and WHM let you do the FULL backup and home backup, but it don't let you do the full restore (but you can do the home restore)
