No I don't work for Surpass. I just have never had a problem with their service.

I only asked because from my experience it is inevitable that surpass customers will need to contact surpass at some point for some reason whatever it may be. Surpass does offer an excellent service but even surpass runs into problems beyond there control.

Well, I was at Surpass for at least 8 month on one account and didn't have to contact them about anything until I forgot the password to that account... That's my own fault, no one elses. Since I brought my personal site over, I've contacted them a total of 3 times, once to find out how to upgrade to a reseller account, once to get the new account activated since they were having the same thing as recent about setting up a new server, and once to let them know that the IP address was slightly off in the welcome email I got sent... So basically once I've contacted them because of a "problem". I think that's pretty good in a year... And every time I've used http://desk.surpasshosting.com to log in to check the status, as opposed to clicking on any link.

They are having problems with there ticketing system. Even the login at desk.surpasshosting.com does not work sometimes. I have contacted them and they are looking into it.
