No I don't work for Surpass. I just have never had a problem with their service.

Well, I was at Surpass for at least 8 month on one account and didn't have to contact them about anything until I forgot the password to that account... That's my own fault, no one elses. Since I brought my personal site over, I've contacted them a total of 3 times, once to find out how to upgrade to a reseller account, once to get the new account activated since they were having the same thing as recent about setting up a new server, and once to let them know that the IP address was slightly off in the welcome email I got sent... So basically once I've contacted them because of a "problem". I think that's pretty good in a year... And every time I've used http://desk.surpasshosting.com to log in to check the status, as opposed to clicking on any link.
