"There is no website configured at this address"

So yea.

I have a site that's been up for a while now, located at www.ontariojungle.com.

Within the last 45 mins., for no reason at all, the site's bringing up the CPanel message "There is no website configured at this address."

I haven't made any DNS changes. I was just using the site here at work and all of a sudden it stopped working.

I opened a support ticket, but we all know how useful that is.

Can someone gimme some insight here? I have an online community to run and it's important that my site is up 24/7.

There are currently 9 technical support tickets open and yours is one of the next ones to be done. Your patience is appreciated. You opened your ticket at 6:23 and it is now 6:48. This is not the usual response time as everyone knows but tonight has been extra busy.

Well someone either did something, or I'm special because I can see the site fine... so if you could followup if it's all been fixed, that'd be great...

Site sure hasn't been fixed for me.

Kause, there is no need for an attitude here when we are trying to help you. Continue to correspond within your ticket. The issue is permanently fixed.
