Shell access

How do I get shell access to my site. Can I use telnet and if so how is this done? Tried telnetting to the ip address of my site but this doesn't work? Do I have to use a port number on the end of the ip?

hi sealey - we only support SSH. theres a one time fee of 20 dollars.
