Since chatrooms aren't allowed on shared servers, why does Chatroom and PhpMyChat show up in Cpanel as something to install?

I think PHP tagboards, which are basically single thread forums, are ok.
It's IRC chat scripts and maybe java chatrooms (?) that are restricted. That's what phpMyChat is-- a constantly refreshing tagboard. |

Weird i didn't see any PhpMyChat on my cpanel though, even though i'm on reseller server.

I think, that it is not allowed.. but still on some of the cpanels.. and also I don't think that it actually lets you install it... I am not sure though.. so don't quote me on it...
