Helpdesk info... Someone might know!

I'm trying to get a help desk page setup for my hosting site, and I'm curious what program Surpass is using for their helpdesk, found at: http://desk.surpasshosting.com

If it's a program made by some company that I can get, I would really like to incorporate it into my hosting site, since it's such a great layout.

Also, another question, as far as the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use and Service Level Agreement policies, am I able to copy from the ones on the Surpass site and modify it according to my site, or do I need to come up with a whole new set of policies? I'm thinking this, because I have to agree by them, and so would any of my customers... Any thoughts?

We use Kayako (www.kayako.com

It's very organized, we highly recommend it over all others. We have used it almost 2 years now.

You can definitely copy our TOS/AUP/SLA.

I remember when I asked about using the TOS and such.. I was reminded to make sure and change anything about owning your own datacenter.. as you dont want to get kicked if people see that you dont run your own datacenter... or something like that
