Was there any upgrades???
Hi,
on my reseller account on PASS16 server, i have 2 different CMS systems ( LDU and Typo3 ). Both of them are strange latelly and some things just don't work anymore. I didn't changed anything on this two system ( anything! ) and this errors just came up...i think i first saw something is wrong on Saturday. Please, tell me if you upgraded or changed something on PASS16 server, or just restart a www service, maybe this will help ( i doubt tho' ). Thx, and i need this fast. |

Well, i can't show you, but i can tell you excatelly what is going on....
I'll describe both problems ( i hope this is all and i won't discover any more ); 1. LDU I don't know if anyone knows this system, but anyway.... It is a CMS system which allows administrator to use MENU boxes, FREE TEXT boxes and so on to quickly import menu, text or whatever on site design.... Now, i had there 2 menus and some other things. A path of this menus was something like this: Code:
<a href="list.php?c=recenzije">recenzije</a> Code:
\"list.php?c=recenzije\" Also, when i hoover on such link, in IE i get this: Code:
\"list.php?c=recenzije\"?=PHPSESSID=numbers&chars 2. Typo3 I have never changed anything, but from yesterday ( or someday before ) i can't login to a backend, because it says i don't accept cookies or javascript. Well, i do and i do same on other machine, my friend also and so on...I don't believe this has anything to do with a client, because we all worked on this sites and everything was just OK. Now , it isn't.I bet there is something with cookies, maybe php configuration or apache > something is wrong. thx for helping me out with this. |

I'm telling you now, I'm not any PHP expert, and if you already haven't already done so, send an email to http://desk.surpasshosting.com/.
But i was checking the site in your profile, and in most cases the reseller and the other "reselled" are hosted on the same server. Thus, if the php links work in the ghostaholic website, the server must be fine. So, even after you have said you havent made any changes, it seems like the only thing going wrong can be something from the CMS. sry I had to type quick, but i hope that helped. (PS. I havent heard of these CMS, but they probably have forums and stuff like that. Check out your problem there. Just a suggestion.)

I am pretty sure something is wrong on server configuration, because i didn't changed anything...it just stopped to work one day and FLECCY is a proof of that ( i hope ). I guess i will send a ticket to surpass, but i thought it would be faster here and maybe some other users with some problems will come out of the shade...which just happened. About ghostaholic...heh, there are other problems which are getting me quite pissed lately. I have less and less confidence in Surpass. No offense tho'. |

From reading this thread, I don't have less confidence in Surpass, I have less confidence in the way cPanel is being modified lately.
