email woes

Does anyone have any idea why my email would suddenly quit working?
it's been fine until tonight and now it can't or won't authenticate

435 Unable to authenticate at present

I'm having the same problem and opened a trouble ticket - haven't
heard anything back yet. Have you?

You should get an autoresponse within minutes, unless they've change the process. Next time if you don't receive a response when you create a ticket on the website, email support[at]surpasshosting.com. Make sure you use an email address that is independant from your server and if possible avoid using a hotmail or AOL address, as they sometimes will block valid/wanted email.
