How to fix billing issue?

Hi,
is there a way i can reach the sales through phone .. ?!
it's really important that i speak to them on the phone .

Surpass dont have telephone support. Cause its often take longer time and if they had the package shoud not be cheap as they are. Try first to contact support at http://desk.surpasshosting.com

I would advise the use of http://desk.surpasshosting.com way over the use of that phone number. Even though the two companies are in the same building, I'm not sure Surpass would be happy when HostDime says they are getting support calls for them.

it's not support
it's a billing issue and it's urgent ..
i never asked for support from Surpasshosting thire netowrk and system are great never had any problems ..
it's just Billing >_< ( why is it always there is a problem when it comes to money :P )

No, there is not a phone number for them. Did you send a ticket in through the support system at http://desk.surpasshosting.com? Direct it to billing, and mark it as urgent. Use an outside email than your domain, and you should get an automated response from that, including a ticket ID and key. If you sent something to billing and did not get an automated response, then they did not get your email. (please note if you sent something directly to teq, you won't get an automated response, but you really shouldn't be sending something to her without first going through the proper channel of the support desk.)

well to clear everything ..
i did open a ticket and they responded to it
but due someproblme in billing i need to call them to virify something first

i did e-mail teq after all of this
just now i recived a response from Eric that the billing will call me as soon as posible
