Account suspended? Why?
Just found out my account was suspended. I need my site running for a class at University. So I'm rather anxious right now awaiting a reply from support. Any ideas? My bandwith usage was always < 1gb/month. I do send out batch emails to students (140 max). No chat scripts running.
Thanks. Steven Steven.Day[at]Colorado.edu Just found out that it is mysql abuse? I am not sure what this is. Since we have a midterm coming up, traffic on my site may have been heavier. Last edited by spd; November 9th, 2004 at 11:53 PM.. |

Thanks, I did already. The message is going up the chain of commant. From other postings, it seems that suspended accounts are a very low priority. Basically, I want to know where to go from here. At least if I could access my files on the server, it would be possible to migrate me site.
