Please post the domain name that you registered. Also, it would be helpful if you would put your server's name in your signature. With a domain name, we would be able to test it ourselves and determine where the problem is.
Most propogation is done rather quickly. You will want to check your email for surpass's welcome email to ensure you are using the correct nameservers for the domain, as sometimes when you sign up you are assigned incorrect nameservers. Welcome to surmunity!

For what it's worth...
The last domain I purchased for a client I purchased through Surpass, and then setup to host on Surpass as well. For whatever reason, it didn't automatically setup with the same nameservers as a previous Surpass domain/Surpass hosting purchase had. I e-mailed support and brought it to their attention and they went in and fixed it and the site started showing up almost immediately thereafter. I'd suggest doing the same - your problem sounds nearly identical to mine. Good luck! |

Actually, the rule of thumb is up to 72 hours. I have had up to a week before. I was unable to reach a site for a week while everyone else was there just fine.
Like Spartas said, post your link and we will see if we can see it yet. Also, put your domain name and server name in your signature. It helps speed up the help sometimes. ![]() |

The server you are on is Maya according to the ip address, but I'm not seeing your site here either. I'm unable to connect or even ping the site. Anyone else having any luck? If not, I'd say to contact support to make sure that you have the correct nameservers.
Also, check to make sure your nameservers are set correctly in your domain settings at your registrar. Who did you register the name through? |

Gonaride is on the same server as lovextinacom is (Maya). Knowing this, it might be in both of your best interests to submit tickets since neither one of you are showing up.
