Honestly to me, it doesn't look like a hacking.
For a hacking to be so small, and those empty threats, I don't know how the text got in there, but someone is probally just playing a little trick here. It's worth contacting Surpass, but I don't think they'll do anything.

he just changed the main accounts password
but it's realy annoying the crash last month and now this is there a way to check for failed logins then block the ip?
