I have no idea why you'd get that.

I'd just click in the address bar and hit enter if it gives you that (might just be the hotlink stuff in my htaccess being insane).

It's working now... No idea why it did it before. Maybe the server has a grudge against me?

By the way, your site is the third I've seen today that mentions CSS Reboot yet I've never heard of it. Perhaps next year I'll do it.

The CSS Reboot just started this year - and yes you should totally do it next year. You can go vote, though if you want - http://cssreboot.com - lotsa pretty webbysites to drool over.

By way of explanation, I should say what I was doing was trying to get my blogroll to update properly, so I needed to load the PHP script that does that. Since GET wouldn't work, I just did a require_once() of the script inside the page my blogroll is on. And voila, updated links.

I take it as you don't use CRON anymore? Like it would only load the page when you visit the page that has the require_once().

Yeah, I haven't used a cron job since the GET stopped working.

Yeah, they disabled so many things just so it could be secure. You don't want someone to be able to just run commands that can read other people's things.

I tried to write a CGI script that acts like wget, but I only got a permission denied.

What I would do is use CRON on my local computer and fetch the scripts on my surpass account, but I don't think that many others would be able to do that.
