Cron Job - no GET?

Quote:
/bin/sh: line 1: GET: command not found
Someone wanna explain to me what that means? I just got this error when running a cron job to fetch the PHP script that updates my blogroll. It was running fine on my other domain and I moved the location of the script, fixed the cron and got this error.

Did you use WGET or something else? Do share your knowledge.

wget probably wasn't the solution. it's restricted to ssh only on most, if not all the servers.

but yes, Cyndy - do share your secrets. tell us everything....

muhahahahah.

Secrets? Ahh...ok, only because you ask nicely.

By way of explanation, I should say what I was doing was trying to get my blogroll to update properly, so I needed to load the PHP script that does that. Since GET wouldn't work, I just did a require_once() of the script inside the page my blogroll is on. And voila, updated links.

I'm actually a 500lb black man who works for a garbage company, with five kids and I'm not really blind, I just made up all that stuff to get people's attention...
