damn it
i just deleted my user table out of my phpbb database by mistake but i have a recent backup problem is i have no idea how to go into the backup file and get the table i need and put it back into my database
is their anyone who will help me either do it for me or tell me how the hell to do it im trying to open my backup in wordpad but it aint working taking 10 years to load it

if the backup is on the server, email support. They can help.
