adding ftp accounts and signing in

I'm hosting a few sites under my domain and I've set up the FTP accounts for them, but when I try to sign on into WS_FTP using those accounts to test them out and make sure they work, they don't. It says:

The server rejected your login credentials. Retype your username and password and click OK to retry.

my domain is http://www.lady-victoria.net and the numbers are 72.29.76.31, I was wondering if anybody could tell me what the appropriate log in address for the sub-domain "media-vogue" would be and why it wouldnt be working. Thanks in advance!

Just to clarify, did you use the domain in the username? eg: ftpuser

yourdomain.com?

You have to include the

yourdomain.com part for any account other than the main.
