renewing
hii..umm i have a problem..when I signed up for surpass hosting, I did it with a hotmail email account, but since then I have lost the account...my 1 year hosting is up now but i want to renew it...I can't log in or anything and don't know how to do so without being able to access my accout? what should i do?

Have you tried emailing support? Maybe then you could provide evidence that you own the account.

chiryoku - this is a good question. this happens occasionally.
just FYI for anyone else reading this thread... after contacting support in a situation like this they request information about the account that the account holder would know - such as billing address/type of CC/ etc... |
