Reverting to a stored .sql file every hour

Does anybody know of a script I could use with a cron job the revert a database every hour.

I want to make a demo site, where people can play around to there hearts content, but then every hour the database will reset to the original. I guess all I need is a script that will drop the tables and import the stored .sql file, does anybody know of such a script?
