ok just one more question lol. I have a reseller account, kthxbi.com is the "mother" site, if you will. i went to the thread that lists all the DNS changes, but I dont see one for Serva. My sites have been down for 10 hours now, and I dont even know if I need to change my DNS or not. Nobody will respond to my support tickets. Is there a DNS thread for Serva that I'm just not seeing? Or is this one of the servers that don't need to be changed?

The DNS change post is from March 19th this year. I know I was notified at the time. I changed my DNSes right away.
The list of down servers is rather big, and has been for quite a while... The message that this is due 'to an unrelated reason' doesn't really give a lot of info, does it :-) I can make a litst such as this too: The current downtime of Serva is caused by an issue completely unrelated to - the teddybear invasion of New York - right-wing extremist proprietary software evangelist terrorism attack - cleaningladies needing extra plugs for their vacumecleaners and unplugging servers - angelic radiation aftereffects from a recent visitation - the Dutch No vote for the European Constitution - Bernie Ecclestone Herko ;-) |

The server stats list hasn't been updated yet.
If you type [server-name].surpasshosting.com you can check if the server is up (i think...) |

http://serva.surpasshosting.com gives me a cPanel 'there is no website configured at this address yet' message. My sites are still down however.
For instance: http://eric.coomans.name and www.herkocoomans.net Herko |
