My site is down as well!
Hello everyone, I am hoping someone here will be able to help me. My site is http://www.stunningreality.com, or http://66.195.18.220/~stunnin/. It has been down for 3 days now. I posted a ticket earlier today and was told to change the nameservers to ns651.dizinc.com and ns652.dizinc.com. I did this, but nothing happened. My ticket is no longer active so I am not able to access it for further help... what can I do now to get my site running again?

Hi Kate, I'm having no trouble accessing your site or subdomains. However, the IP is outdated. In March there was an announcement of IP changes which required a DNS change as well.
Your server is "Serva" and the new DNS servers are: ns651.dizinc.com ns652.dizinc.com Also, the new IP for the server is 72.29.75.243 If you've yet to update your DNS servers, please do that asap to avoid any further problems. Edit: Appears I could only reach the "fans" subdomain. "Kate" didn't load for for me. Last edited by H; June 29th, 2005 at 5:10 AM.. |
