How long can it take to migrate!?!?!

My forwarders for mccamon.org (my entire family's e-mail) are still not working after almost three days. We all get lots of mail. Help desk has been no help. This is getting to be unacceptable, and I don't know where else to turn.

Anyone have any thoughts?

How have other been dealing with post-migration issues in the absence of timely help desk response?

as long as the DNS have propagated, the emails should be working. how did you set them up? have you tired logging into the email through cpanel using horde or something like that?

They're forwarders, not accounts. And they are present when I log in to the control panel.

And I know that the name servers were resolving correctly, as I was able to log in to my one, actual mail acccount yesterday. Not working at all today...

as long as you're not trying to forward them to an AOL account, you should have no problems...

I'm not forwarding to AOL. And what would that have to do with anything (just curious)?

Someone from the help desk may have just corrected half of the problem, actully.

what did they say the problem was? stating it here might help others if they're having the same types of problems.

surpass stopped allowing emails to be forwarded to AOL accounts because the servers were constantly being labeled as "spam" servers. you can read this thread for more info.
