Can I Get A Back-up?

I've recently switched hosting so I'm not on Surpass for my website anymore, but I still have my domain here.

I was told that I would be able to get a back up of my website a few days ago, but I've had no replies yet. I'm mainly concerned about my blog and message board, I think I have most of the other files.

Is there any way that I can get my files back? If so, who can I contact?

I would think you should still be able to login to the server you were on using your username and password and create one yourself. That is, of course, if you haven't stopped payment already.
