FTP Hostee Accounts-Problems Logging In

My hostees(/name) are having problems logging into their account on FTP. It says the home directory is not avalible, but when I log into mine, it works perfectly fine. And I recently had my server changed and my backup restored so I don't know if it has anything to do with that or something.

Have you tried contacting support about this - it sounds like something got a bit munged during your backup restore, perhaps. They'd be best suited to help you out, I think.

Try making a new one and see if it works.
