First, it's generally considered very bad Internet etiquette to use only caps - I personally don't respond well to shouting.

As to your question, are you getting even the automated support email? If not, then your emails aren't getting through. Also, make sure to use an email that isn't part of your website - I use my personal email, but gmail or yahoo would also work.

If you are getting the automated email, then you're only true course of action is patience. You can try bumping your ticket up in the queue by replying to it. But support will eventually get back to you. Sometimes you just have to wait a bit.

What kind of problems are you having?

Also, if you could, update your signature to include your domain and the server you're on.

Until then, can you tell me what your domain is, and what server you're on?

John

Failure is not an option. It comes standard with all Microsoft products.

Support staff don't regularly monitor these forums jessefree, so you're best bet as I said above is to reply to your ticket to bump it in the queue and be patient. Also, if you're dealing with an upgrade and such - you're also dealing with billing who only work normal business hours.

john also makes a good point - having your domain and server in your siggy is a big help if you want support here, it greatly speeds things up and makes things a lot easier.

Not trying to sound mean here, but if you post a thread about the issue, instead of support issues, perhaps someone here can help you out.
