Contact support and they will be able to put it back. It's usually a CPanel glitch that causes that to happen when it's updated. Has happened to me a few times in the past, and support has always fixed it.

Ok now, this is getting pretty darn rediculous. I've been here for 3 and a half months and my servers been down twice. It only says the mail is down on server status, but it's giving me a cPanel error too...

yes my site is down as well and i have only been with them for a little over a month and this is the second time this has happened! not very happy! and yes a ticket has been submitted.
