I'm having the same problem. I can access my reseller account, but none of my hosted accounts. I'm not getting mail through any domain, other than my reseller.

Now I've just been sent an email saying my bandwidth is about to be exceeded, when it was only at about 2gb yesterday! I can access my site but not the cPanel, and according to my visitor counter, there hasn't been much traffic today at all!

my site been down for more than 10 hours... I am not happy, Support is ignoring me WTF.. my pay members are getting nasty w/ me..

Well I think they're working on it and it may be the changes need to propogate throughout the web.

As some have posted, sites that were offline earlier today, are now showing - so I guess it's only a matter of time before the others comes up.

I've been emailing back and forth with tech support all afternoon - I'm not really getting anywhere, as they're trying to say it's the change of IP for my server that is the problem. Yet, that's been changed, and if I use a DNS lookup service, it's saying the sites are pinging to the proper IP. So something is amiss somewhere. Hopefully it's resolved soon - as my clients are getting testy.

I'm getting kind of annoyed with this.

So, scheduled downtime was 6-8amET for my server.

Things worked fine around 11amET. Around 11:30amET, it went down again. I started checking Surmunity and server status, and sure enough, status showed Vocal down. So, I didn't bother opening a ticket since it was clear from posts on here and status that they knew the servers were down.

About an hour or so ago, the server comes back up, but my site still isn't...so I open a ticket with tech support, wait 30 minutes, response is that I need to change my nameservers. But the nameservers they give me don't work...so I reply back. Support says they made a mistake and that my original nameservers were correct. (D'oh.) And now they're blaming it on a propagation issue...but since the dude got it wrong the first time, I don't know if he's just making something up now or what. If other people on Vocal are hearing propagation as a cause, that'll make me feel better.

Net effect: I've been without site or e-mail for 8+ hours and going... :: sigh ::

My friend was on the Benz server which has been moved and now has a new IP address. I repointed the nameservers for him and we are awaiting propogation.

Does anyone know how to connect to the cpanel using the IP address?
ie http://[IP ADDRESS]/~[ACCOUNT NAME]/

During the downtime my site received 19.5 GB of unviewed traffic!!! Now I have to put my site offline as the bandwidth will exceed anytime!
