Are they still down? I've got three websites on benz and there all down. I already updated the dns servers about a week ago. Any idea when they will be back up?

What happen with Pass49? In this moment all clients are down, yesterday begins the problems. Main Domain: compuvisionhosting.org Pass49 I already post a ticket, but i note that now the time of response is more than some months ago. Thank you

I'm confused when you say you haven't received a response in months. If you mean an old ticket, it should stay closed and you should just open a new one.
Your DNS are set to these.. NS1.COMPUVISIONHOSTING.ORG 72.29.73.24 NS2.COMPUVISIONHOSTING.ORG 72.29.73.25 Those are correct.. So because of that, I am looking into why they do not load.

Actually... this is confusing.
You were previously on server Dime49, since you have those IP addresses. Your account is now on Pass49.. You need to change the IP addresses of your custom DNS to: NS1.COMPUVISIONHOSTING.ORG 72.29.83.165 NS2.COMPUVISIONHOSTING.ORG 72.29.83.166 Pass49 never had an IP change. It just seems your accounts were moved at some point. If so, I am not sure why you would just now be having these problems. If you change your IP addresses to those above, your custom DNS will work fine.

Thank you for your answer. Jeff N. tells me to change this: ns1. 72.29.73.24 ns2. 72.29.73.25 because the correct dns are: dns58.dizinc.com dns59.dizinc.com Please confirm the information Thank you
