That depends on the registrar. How did you get it to point here in the first place? That would be how you change the DNS. If it's with Surpass Domains, someone else will have to explain it because I don't have any domains with them (all mine are godaddy).

From the whois information ( http://whois.webhosting.info/johnvoorhees.com ) it looks like you registered johnvoorhees.com thru OLM.net. They are shown as your Technical Contact in Connecticut. It looks like they use nameregistrars.net for registrations. So it looks to me like you need to contact them to change your name servers.
