can't access ftp server or cpanel AS WELL!

my site is heartfilledgifts.com I was reading other posts and didnt really understand how i might be able to fix it without the help desk. I have been having the same problem. Im hosted and have my domain with surpass if that helps. THANX! not to worried about the cpanel, I just need into my ftp. It starts out with: 66.195.241.86/

SH57 (72.29.74.67) : Shared

Looks like your new IP is 72.29.74.67.

Or you should be able to FTP by using your domain name instead of the IP.
