Server Issue on SH81?

Just checking. Taking my website about 12-15 seconds to load. Usually takes .31 sec.
I checked server status and it had two settings in the red.

Thanks. Its loading good again now. Its been going slow for last few days a different times. Thought the server maybe was having some issues.

something is definately going on with the server. Download of a file has gone from 950 KB per sec to 44KB per sec.

Now around 150K/B sec download but still slow

I'm downloading at about 260KB/sec from the site in your sig.... It's hard to say if that is high or low for me right now, I am downloading a bunch of other stuff on the network here..

Whenever such issues as these occur, please submit a ticket via the Surpass Helpdesk Support team (http://desk.surpasshosting.com). They will then investigate the issue and restore efficient status of the server once again, and gives them the knowledge to try and prevent any future occurance.

Will do. Im showing 10% packet loss on the final hop at Sh81.
