Membership Program

Hi;
I am looking for an uncomplicated membership program that is easily configurable that will work here at Surpass and does not come with a lot of stuff I do not need.

I have gone through Fantastico and everything is loaded with stuff I could care less about.

I am currently working with an open source program called "Project Membership Software" but I can't get it to open up.

Does anyone know of a FREE program that I can use?
