Quicker account activation

That's probably the only thing I wish to see. Everyone I know with servage loves the service but I'm impatient when it comes to getting a site set up plus I can't do much website related stuff during the week. I'm just so used to getting an account activated in a much shorter time and I'm not used to waiting.

Normally accounts are activated within 24 hours. Surpass used to have instant signups, but that allows more scammers and spammers to sign up, abuse the server, get it blacklisted, and move on. With the 24 hour activation, they are able to check if you're a scammer/spammer or not. Most people who are going to abuse a server look for instant signups, and don't want to wait 24 hours for their payment to show up as invalid.

With this promotion, you can imagine the number of signups they are getting right now, that's what is causing the longer activation time.

Quick activation is always nice.. but the time helps protect the servers.

Good point. I never thought about it like that. I'm sure they are currently getting a lot of signups with that promotion. I just want to cancel my other service as soon as possible so I can be refunded. I had just paid 75 dollars to keep my reseller account and in less than a week they got rid of the program.

I know a lot of people who are signing up for the current promotion from one site... Its gotta be a pain to manually approve everyone, but it will stop some of the spammers and scammers from signing up.
