Hi, I am also experiencing very slow response times from my website which I believe is on this server.

At the moment load times are at least 1 minute.
Shall I submit a ticket or is it a problem you are already dealing with?

I don't want to clog up the system with multiple service requests for the same problem.

Yes, I'm also on S112 and my home page is taking a long time to load. It's basically text with one image but it's still very slow to load. This really is unacceptable. I realize with the $1 promo that I can't be demanding much but I also didn't expect the performance to be this bad. Obviously there is server overload issues on server S112. I can't demand much but I'd like this issue addressed and resolved soon. Thanks.

Hi,

I am in the process of suspending a few sites right now that are taking advantage of the promotion.

Their sites have thousands of requests to the servers, are allowing file uploads (some are copyrighted material) and similar issues. We haven't had any issues with the promo servers (SH109-SH114) until today.

Thank you for addressing this issue and taking it seriously. I hope it's cleared up soon and our sites will have decent performance speed-wise.
