[Answered] Need help! site is down - Page 3

I apologize that it happened. Many users are getting settled in now on these servers so we are beginning the monitoring process. Many things that are causing problems are not even allowed in our TOS, but we do not know they exist until times like this. Thank you for understanding.

Thanks for keeping us informed as to what is going on with the server. I hope that once it shakes out things will get back to the way they were the last few days. I am still seeing loads above 13 at 7am the next morning.

Thank you very much for your responses and updates on this situation. Everything seems to have returned to normal on my site and I'm grateful for all you are doing.

Everything seems normal for all users APART FROM THE ONES YOU HAVE SUSPENDED.
I am very unhappy with the support since this happened.
We cannot see how we violate your TOS by allowing small image uploads on your server.
All we want to do is have access to our site so that we can reduce the scripts on the hompage or even backup and leave.
We have now lost ALOT of custom and business by being suspended all day today (uk time)
Some kind of support would be nice as we have now send emails all day to surpass and have no reply!
We were asked to reduce the scripts but cant because we have no access to anything.

This is crazy for it being down. I am on SH99 and I am down. I have been ever since 1pm today and probably longer. Why is it down?? Are there issues or something?

Did you submit a ticket to the support site? Btw SH99's Apache server does seem to be up and running, not sure about your specific site though.

Yes I have and they stated the server was recently rebooted. Now it can't even find my domain. This is very frustating.

I know stuff happens but man...

Site still down here, I think I'll move everything to another host asap

Yes, I'm having problems here too. I'm on this server. It's VERY SLOW to load my homepage, if at all. It's timing out often too. Please fix ASAP.
