[Answered] Need help! site is down

My website is down.

I tried to submit a ticket, but it tells me "invalid password".

I clicked the "forgot password" button and it emailed it to me. still didn't work.

My site is: www.myhax0r.net

Please help? Anyone?

Mine is also down. I am on SH112. You don't need to login to submit a ticket. To the right just click submit ticket and fill in the info.

It looks like a package is being transferred to SH112 from another host. This has caused Apache (http) to crash at least twice.. I am killing other processes so this backup can finish..

I'm not sure what server I'm on, where do you see that?

And oddly enough, I can get to my cPanel via IP address, but not through my domain. I double-checked my dotster account, and my name servers are still correct, NS1108.DIZINC.COM and NS1109.DIZINC.COM.

Edit: I see the replies above now. thanks.

What does it mean when you say a package is being transferred to SH112?

And is this something that normally happens?

Thanks.

I cannot access mail, ftp, cpanel or anything at this time with the exception of blog.mainemillers.com and that is sporatic. Is there an ETA on the transfer?

Since this is a new server, for the next week or two there are quite a few incoming account transfers since some clients are moving existing sites to Surpass from other providers. Normally it doesn't cause an issue unless the account is rather large. Sometimes we just stop the transfer and tell the client that they will be responsible for uploading files manually.

The one going on now should be done within the next 10 minutes. The server is stable, it seems that some of the services just didn't come back up on their own. So they are being manually started now.
